Please note the following: 1) As only a limited number of places are available,
if you are not a presenter and wish to attend the conference as an observer please contact the organizing committee for approval prior to submitting the fees at aags@asia-globalstudies.org Please provide your name, position, affiliation, and reason for wishing to attend the conference in your email. 2) The conference fees cover the costs of two box lunches (meal options to be provided), break time snacks and refreshments for two days, the Saturday evening dinner reception, and audiovisual equipment rental (if needed). 3) All presenters must submit their fees before February 1, 2009 to be included in the program. 4) Full refunds are possible only until January 31, 2009. From February 1 to February 28, 2009, only 50% of fees can be returned in the event of an individual cancellation. No refunds are available from March 1, 2009. 5) After February 1, 2009, the conference fees will be $140 (members) and $155 (non-members).
